Architect turned filmmaker Enamul Karim Nirjhar’s much-waited movie Aha will be released on October 6 at the Star Cineplex, Bashundhara City.
The film has been invited to participate in three international film festivals: 13th Kolkata Film Festival, India (from November 10 to 18, 2007), 31st Cairo International Film Festival, Egypt (from November 27 to December 7) and Dubai International Film Festival, UAE. Earlier Aha participated at the Munich Film Festival in last June.
In this regard Nirjhar says, “I hope my first feature film will be appreciated at home. I want that the viewers will go to the theatres and watch the film.â€
Besides Star Cineplex, Aha, an Impress Tele-film production, is expected to be released at Balaka. Moreover the movie will be aired on Channel-i on Eid day.
About being invited to the international film festivals, Nirjhar informs, “I got positive response at the Munich festival. I believe that Aha will generate good response at other film festivals too.â€
