Storyline: Ariful Islam Patwari, a novelist arrives at Shahebganj at the invitation of the local literary organisation (Shahittya Parisad). Patwari was born and brought up in this locality and therefore the area occupies a special place in his heart.
During his college days he was inclined towards his batch-mate Sultana Razia. Later this takes the shape of a love affair. However, in course of time Razia gets married elsewhere and Patwari moves to the city with a heavy heart.
After many years Patwari receives a call from Sultana and Patwari’s excitement knows no bounds. They make plans to meet but when they finally do, Patwari feels that much has changed during the last few years. Thus the story of the TV play Premer Cheyeo Drubo moves forward.
The TV play written by Anisul Huq and directed by Ashrafi Mithu, first telecast on Pahela Baishak (Bangla New Year) on Rtv bangla.
